Product Description:

The working principle of the precision flat steel finishing machine is to pre-calibrate and finally calibrate the thickness direction of cold flat steel wool with two groups of staggered leveling wheels. A pair of relatively arranged finishing wheels are used to squeeze the width direction, so that the width is compressed to reach the expected parameters, and the compression amount is adjustable; Its width is straightened by 5 staggered straightening wheels. This system is mainly composed of control box, finishing press roller, pre-leveling unit, finishing unit and straightening unit.
