Introduction of Embossing Roller:

The heating embossing roller is mainly used to hot-roll non-woven fabrics. It is one of the main equipment components for the production of melt-blown and spun-bonded non-woven fabrics. It is generally a thermal oil flow channel to evenly control the surface temperature of the roller body, thereby making the non-woven fabric. Textile surface heat transfer pattern. Generally, a embossing roller and a smooth roller are used together, or two embossing rollers are used together. The pattern shape of the embossing roller can be customized according to customer requirements.

Function of Heating embossing Roller:

The Heating Embossing Roller is an indispensable part of the production of nonwovens. Its main function is to send the pretreated and mixed fibers to the hot roller, and then squeeze and stretch them under high temperature and high pressure to combine the material molecules in the fiber. Tighter and stronger, resulting in a fabric with some strength and stability. Therefore, hot calender rolls play a vital role in the quality and performance of nonwovens.

When using a Heating Embossing Roller, the pressure of the roll must be reasonably controlled, which is one of the important factors affecting the effect of the hot roll. If the pressure of the roller is too high, the fibers will be pressed too tightly, making the cloth surface too hard. If the pressure of the roller is too small, the fibers of the cloth will not be tightly combined, affecting the strength and stability of the cloth.

made of high-quality alloy steel (38CrMOa i, 42CrMo, 60CrMo, 9Cr2Mo) as the base material, and are formed by mechanical processing and heat treatment. Surface hardness HRC58~62

Heating method:

Hollow inner tank spiral heating:

A deep hole is drilled into the forging, and a spiral liner or a spray-type liner is installed in the middle space to allow the heat transfer oil to flow (or spray) in a directional manner in the spiral liner to achieve heating purposes. Temperature difference ≤1.5°C.

Perimeter drilled heating:

Deep holes are evenly drilled around the roller body so that the thermal oil can circulate and heat in the peripheral holes, resulting in smaller temperature differences (<1°C) and higher thermal efficiency.

Maximum temperature of roller surface: 250 degrees Celsius

Pattern of Heating Embossing Roller:

It can be carved into square dots, round dots, elliptical dots, rhombus shapes, cross shapes, stripes and other regular and irregular shapes according to user needs.

It has been equipped with hot rolling mills in West Germany and Taiwan; it has produced the largest non-woven hot rolling roll in Asia (specification φ720x 5400mm). It uses a laser engraving machine to engrave the hot rolling roll - a leap in the quality of the hot rolling roll.

● After quenching and engraving, the hardness layer is > 5mm. The hardness layer of the original hot rolling roll using nitriding process is only 0.4~0.5mm;

● After long-term use, the size and depth of the rolling point remain basically unchanged.

● Bigger advantages: Correct pattern, pattern, depth and angle are optional;
