2) Heating method: electromagnetic induction heating, energy saving efficiency reaches 50-70%, the surface of the electromagnetic induction heating roller is the highest. The temperature can reach over 600℃.

3) Surface treatment: hard chromium plating, Teflok, spray ceramic or tungsten carbide, fine grinding, grinding and polishing, etc.Roughness Ra0.01 (smoothness level 14).

4) Processing accuracy: roller surface temperature difference ≦±1℃, thermal deformation ≦0.01mm, straightness, runout, coaxiality ≦0.005mm
