Water Tank Fluted Roller, Rubber Roller

Water tank fluted roller used in the water tank in the front end of the biaxially oriented film production line, the roller is made from synthetic rubber with high strength and good resistance to water, and it is mainly used to flatten the slabs. The surface of the water tank fluted roller can be machined into various fluted patterns, such as square, diamond and herringbone.

Stripping Roller, Rubber Roller

Stripping roller used in the water tank in the front end of the biaxially oriented film production line, the roller is made from the hypalon (CSM) with high strength, good wear resistance and water resistance and it is mainly used to make slabs smoother so as to obtain the better stripping effect.

Dehydration press roller used in the dehydration station in the front end of the biaxially oriented film production line, the roller is made from EPDM with good resilience and wear resistance and it is mainly used to remove the water on the surface of the film slabs so that there iss no water mark on the surface of the film after stretching.

MDO nip roller used in the MDO station of the biaxially oriented film production line, the roller is made from the silicon rubber and it is characterized by high machining accuracy, resistance to high temperature, good resilience, deformation free after long-term compression and other advantages. Applied in the equipent of Bruckner, Mitsubishi, Dornier and other brand production lines, the roller is proved that a good effect can be achieved.

Spreader wheels, Rubber Roller

Spreader wheels used in the traction station of the biaxially oriented film production line, the roller is made from the synthetic rubber with good abrasion resistance, high strength and good temperature resistant, and it is mainly used to level up both sides of the film so as to get better pulling effect.

Press Roller for High Speed Slitter Machine, Rubber Roller

Press roller mainly used in all kinds of high speed slitter machines, with the roller core made from the carbon fiber (CFRP) and aluminum tube and the surface coated with all kinds of rubber (Synthetic rubber, EPDM, PU). According to customer needs, the roller surface can be made into be crowning and convex or the product can be machined into various fluted press rollers with different leads, number of threads and helical angles.

Corona Roller, Rubber Roller

Corona roller used for corona treatment of various plastic film production lines, the roller is made from the imported silica gel, and has the resistance to voltage 220,000V and its electrical performance can reach the usage requirements of all plastic film production line, featuring the aging resistance and more stable service life.

Corona Nip Roller, Rubber Roller

Corona nip roller used in the pull roll stand of various plastic film production line, the roller works together with the corona roller and traction cooling roller. It is made from synthetic rubber or EPDM rubber with good resilience and excellent ozone resistance, anti-static and aging resistant performance, and its roller surface can be machined into the crowning into the crowning in different values by the numerical control crowned machine as required.

Liquid Silicon Rubber Roller

With the excellent performance, the liquid silicon rubber roller is widelu used in PP, PE, PVA, PVC and cast film, rolling film, optical film, laminating film and other film industries.

Silicon Rubber Roller

Hypalon Rubber Roller

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber Roller (EPDM)
