Dehydration, vacuum suction couch roll through its internal vacuum chamber for dehydration, the use of vacuum suction to dehumidify the moisture in the paper, improve the dry degree of paper sheet. This dehydration method is convenient to operate, high dehydration rate, and the wear of the net is small, and the paper is more convenient.

Drive, the vacuum suction couch roll is not only the last dewatering device of the paper machine, but also a main drive point in forming section, which can drive the forming wire alone or in conjunction with the drive roller.

Supporting the forming wire, the structure of the vacuum suction couch roller consists of two parts, a fixed empty box and a rotating roller shell, which are supported by three bearings for supporting the forming wire.

Vacuum suction couch roll is one of the main parts for fourdrinier dehydration and transmission of paper machine.

The roller shell of vacuum couch roll designed by our company is made by precision machining with SUS304/316 stainless steel rolling.

The roller surface openings are arranged into a double helix, the opening rate is more than 60%, effectively improving the strength and dewater evenness of the roller shell. Special seal has good self-lubrication and wear-resisting performance.

The inner vacuum chamber is welded with SUS304/316 stainless steel plate, the bottom of the vacuum chamber is equipped with nylon rding wheel, easy for installation and disassembly.

Vacuum suction couch roll is used in the fourdriner paper machine, to effectively reduce water content of wet paper sheet, to improve the wet paper sheet strength and to decrease the wet paper sheet breakage rate, which will improve the operation efficiency of paper machine.
