Description
This machine design to coat the primer paint and top paint on furniture,wood floor, cabinet and decor board, available for solid wood, MDF, chipboard and plywood. The coating paint is smooth, fullness and no chromatic aberration.
A. function: the solid wood composite floor, furniture and other planar plates are uniformly colored to make the wood grain of the surface plates clearer and the layer feeling more distinct.B. Features: the brush wheel adopts the quick unloading design to slide out of the track, which is convenient for cleaning and installation and can effectively save the waiting time.Transmission and brush wheel are controlled by independent frequency converter.C. Optional: the machine's brush wheel is controlled by a stepless motor.
UV panel is a type of panel that is applied with many layers of UV lacquer to protect its surface. How to get the panel applied with UV lacquer automatically? An automatic UV COATING FINISHING LINE is highly recommended.
UV coating finishing line is an automatic painting line which consists of roller coaters, UV dryers, surface treating machines, and conveyors. For different surface effect requirements, difference process layouts should be arranged.
Coating system The coating roller and doctor roller are precisely controlled by independent Siemens inverter motor and reducer to make the stable coating processing.
Lifting system The lifting system is dovetail design, precisely automatic go up and down.
Paint system All paint recycle channels and paint heating barrels are using qualified stainless steel.
Feeding system The whole welding design make the strong structure, the transport belt are using 4mm thicker PVC belt.
Electrical system Siemens/Schneider PLC control can set up the roller height and distance by touch panel.
Easy-maintenance The casting design considered the rollers' exchange, the roller changing is fast and easy.
