Product Introduction


The mesh belt through-type shot blasting machine uses a conveyor mesh belt as the carrier of the workpiece, and the conveyor mesh belt is divided into two ways: steel mesh belt and wear-resistant rubber belt. One end of the shot blasting chamber is a loading station, and the other end is an unloading station. When working, the parts are placed on the conveyor belt at the loading station, the conveyor belt slowly and continuously enters the shot blasting room for shot blasting cleaning, and then sent to the unloading station to remove the workpiece. The characteristics of this machine are: continuous work, no collision, suitable for small and medium parts, and large production batches.

The complete set of equipment of this machine includes shot blasting room, auxiliary room, abrasive control unit, shot blasting system, abrasive recycling and sorting storage system, ventilation and dust removal system, mesh belt conveyor system, electrical control system, maintenance platform, safety system, etc. Mechanical and electrical systems are equipped with reliable safety protection devices. The shot blasting equipment complies with the relevant standards, certifications and requirements of EU CE, German TUV, and French BV.

The machine body is welded by steel plate and section steel, and the inner side is made of wear-resistant steel plate as the guard plate. The guard plate near the main throwing chamber is installed obliquely to the main throwing chamber.

The outer side of the wear-resistant protective plate is a dark air duct, which is used to evenly suck dust-containing gas and settle steel shots. The bulletproof door curtain adopts a sandwich wear-resistant rubber vertical curtain.

The machine is mainly composed of blast chamber, blast wheel bucket elevator, screw conveyor, separation system, mesh belt system, electrical system etc.
