This guardrail consists of uprights, EVA rotating barrels, U-shaped beams and connectors. All steel components are treated with hot-dip galvanizing to prevent rusting.
The vertical pillars are separated by 1 meter or 0.7 meters, and two rotating barrels are installed on each vertical pillar.
This rotating barrel is made of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) as the main material, added by more than 30 kinds of auxiliary materials such as PE (polyethylene) and related chemical additives, and was produced under a certain temperature and pressure. With high flexibility and resilience, and also with high temperature resistance, continuous working temperature between -30 °C and 70 °C.
Reflective strips are attached to the rotating barrel. When driving at night, through the illumination of head-lights, it can better reflect the outline of the route, play a better sight-inducing role for the vehicle, improving driving safely.
