Product Introduction
Double Roller Crusher adopts the principle of instant crushing, and the materials are squeezed and rubbed against each other, so the production capacity is high and the shape of the discharged particles is good. For raw materials below medium hardness (such as limestone, the molar hardness is 3), the proportion of small materials in the feeding process is controlled, and Double Roller Crusher is used for both coarse crushing and intermediate crushing, which can greatly increase the output, at least up to 60 %.
Taking the required finished material specification as an example of 40mm-80mm, the first-stage crushing feed particle size is controlled within 600mm, the discharge port is set to 200mm, and the discharge particle size is controlled within 210mm. Entering the secondary crushing, the finished material of 40mm-80mm can reach at least 60%.
