Product Introduction

The Double Roller Crusher is a new product designed and developed based on the structural principles of the American Ganglac crusher. This machine has the advantages of small size, high crushing ratio (5-8), low noise, simple structure, convenient maintenance, high productivity (1-2 times higher than China's 2PGC toothed roller crusher), uniform particle size of crushed materials, low over crushing rate, convenient maintenance, sensitive overload protection, safety and reliability. This Double Roller Crusher is suitable for the crushing of raw coal (including gangue) in industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical engineering, building materials, etc. It is more suitable for large coal mines or coal preparation plants.
The Double Roller Crusher has a large crushing capacity, and the motor and reducer are connected by a limited distance hydraulic coupling to prevent power overload. The sensor overload protection is safe and reliable. Hydraulic adjustment of gear roller spacing, centralized lubrication of gear roller bearings. Tooth shape optimization design, tensile and shear force selection for crushing, high efficiency and low consumption, and uniform grain production. The birth of PCM toothed roller crusher completely replaced the existing 2PGC toothed roller crusher in China. The Double Roller Crusher is a mechanical spring type (2PCM), which can be equipped with coarse or medium toothed rollers according to the characteristics and requirements of the crushed material.
Test Drive
1. Check the relative position between the parts, which should be in accordance with the drawing requirements.
2. The Double Roller Crusher shall be airborne for 4 hours after assembly.
3. When the Double Roller Crusher is in operation, the rotating parts such as V-belt pulley, gears and rollers should be smooth and vibration-free, and the toothed rollers should not touch the body, and there should be no abnormal sound in the stone production line, sand production line and mechanism sand production line.
4. Bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30 ℃, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃.
5. After passing the no-load test run, carry out the test run with load, the test run time can be carried out according to the system requirements.
