Equipment Principle
The Roller Screening Machine shaft machine uses a single motor to drive the single shaft to rotate to drive the material to move forward along the roll, and the material is quickly dispersed and layered under the same thickness screening characteristics of the inclined roll surface (feeding section). Particles smaller than the roller shaft gap fall through the gap of the roller shaft (the geometric gap is customized according to the material requirements) under the action of its own gravity and the rotation force of the roller shaft. Particles larger than the roller shaft gap remain on the roller shaft surface and continue to move forward and fall into the crusher to achieve the purpose of ore feeding and screening.
Equipment Characteristics
1. This model is equipped with 12 roller shafts, each shaft is equipped with a separate motor, and the motor power is between 3-7.5 kW.
2. The feed side length of the Roller Screening Machine is recommended to be less than 700 mm, and the gap adjustment range of the roller shaft is 35-120 mm.
3. The throughput of the Roller Screening Machine is within the range of 650-1500 tons per hour.
