Crushing Principle

1.Yihua Chemical Industry (limestone crushing)
Purchase of equipment: XCBW1860+XCE1215+XCMD1225.
Yihua is working in limestone chemical industry with a processing capacity of 1000 tons per hour. Yihua purchased our products in 2018, and purchased a pair of crushing tooth rollers in 2021, which are in good use.

2.Yellow River Group (limestone/coal crushing)
Purchase of equipment for production line No. 4: XCBW2080+XCE1215+XCDRS1008+XCMD1225.
Production line No. 4, managed by a subsidiary of Yellow River Group, has a processing capacity of 1,000 tons per hour. The production line started production in 2016 with the purchase of equipment XCBW2080+XCE1215+XCMD1225 and later added XCDRS1008 for screening finished material.
Since 2008, we have successfully supplied 8 sets of XCMD series products, 6 sets of XCE series products, 6 sets of XCBW series products and 2 sets of XCDRS series products to 6 limestone/coal production lines of Yellow River Group.

3.Shuyu Group (quartz rock crushing)
Purchase of equipment: XCBW1560+XCE1215+XCZK1860+XCMD1025+XCMD9012(fine crushing).
The group is engaged in calcium powder industry, and the quartz rock crushing capacity of the project is 800 tons per hour. The production line was put into operation in 2020, and the equipment is now running smoothly with high output, fully meeting the customer's requirements.
