Description

Strong Screening Ability Roller Screening Machine 200-550 TPH High Security

Product Description

1. The main components of the Roller Screening Machine, frame, gearmotor, roller assembly, bearing, bearing seat, cleaning device, electric bypass discharging device.

2. The mode of one motor driving one shaft is adopted to ensure the safe and stable operation of the Roller Screening Machine.

3. The selection of high-quality steel to manufacture rollers makes the Roller Screening Machine more robust and durable.

4. There are two kinds of rollers, toothed rollers and annular rollers, which can be flexibly selected according to customer material needs.

5. The roller arrangement of the Roller Screening Machine is stepped, and the minerals do a "parabolic" movement trajectory to achieve a better screening effect.

XCDRS1008 Introduction

The segmented Roller Screening Machine is a mechanical device used for screening rock aggregates. This equipment employs a rolling screen mesh to separate and classify rock aggregates according to different sizes.

With a power range of 16 to 32 kW, this machine offers high screening efficiency. It can handle up to 550 tons per hour of aggregates, making it suitable for large-scale screening operations involving ores, construction debris, and other rock materials.

The segmented Roller Screening Machine features a design with adjustable screen openings to meet specific size requirements. This design allows for precise screening, catering to the sorting needs of aggregates with varying sizes. By adjusting the screen openings, the machine can separate the aggregates into different size fractions, ranging from larger particles to smaller particles.

The equipment utilizes the rotational motion of the rolling screen mesh to separate the aggregates into different sizes. Larger particles roll along the direction of the rolling screen and exit through a larger discharge outlet, while smaller particles pass through the screen openings and exit through a smaller discharge outlet. This screening process efficiently classifies the aggregates according to their size.

The segmented Roller Screening Machine offers advantages such as simple structure, easy operation, and low maintenance costs. It finds wide applications in mining, construction materials, and cement industries for processes including aggregate screening, grading, and washing.

In summary, the segmented Roller Screening Machine is an efficient and reliable machine for screening rock aggregates, providing accurate separation and classification based on different size requirements. It plays a crucial role in the mineral processing and construction materials industries.

Screening Principle

The Roller Screening Machine uses the design of "single motor drives single shaft" to drive materials forward along the roller shaft, while scattering and layering materials. The particles smaller than the gap between the roll shafts fall through the gap between the roll shafts under the action of their own weight and the rotation force of the roll shafts. The particles larger than the gap between the roll shafts remain on the roll shaft surface and continue to move forward, and fall into the crusher, finally achieving the purpose of ore feeding and screening.
