2. Introduction
The European version jaw crusher is a highly favored crushing equipment in the market, suitable for medium and fine crushing of ores and rocks with compressive strength not exceeding 280MPa, especially for hard and strongly corrosive materials. 3. Working principle
The European version jaw crusher mainly consists of a frame part, an eccentric shaft rotating part, a crushing chamber working part, a safety device, a discharge port adjustment device, etc.
The crushing method of the European version jaw crusher is a curved extrusion type. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, causing the moving jaw to swing up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw pushes the moving jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or chopped. When the moving jaw and the moving jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the previously crushed or split material is discharged from the lower discharge port of the jaw plate. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the crusher jaw periodically crushes and discharges materials, achieving mass production.
4. Characteristics

Adopting new manufacturing processes and selected manufacturing materials, such as the movable jaw assembly made of high-quality cast steel, and the heavy-duty eccentric shaft processed with forged blanks, the equipment has good reliability and durability.
4.2. Higher strength
By using finite element analysis technology, the overall cast steel bearing seat ensures a complete fit with the frame, greatly enhancing the radial strength of the bearing seat and giving the equipment higher strength.
4.3. Quick and reliable adjustment
The crushing chamber adopts a symmetrical "V" shaped structure, and the discharge port adopts a wedge adjustment device, making the adjustment simpler, faster, and more reliable.
4.4. Stronger load-bearing capacity
Larger and more durable eccentric shaft bearings and toothed guards enhance the equipment's load-bearing capacity, yield, and service life.
