Installation Precautions
Jaw crushers are usually installed on cement foundations. Due to the high vibration of the crusher, it is necessary to isolate the crusher foundation from the factory building foundation. When assembling the crusher, it is necessary to first install the crusher frame on the foundation, and then sequentially install other components.
1. When installing the crusher frame at the installation point of the frame, something that can absorb vibration, such as hardwood, rubber, etc., should be placed between the frame and the concrete. The horizontal and vertical levelness of the frame installed on the foundation or wooden base should meet the installation requirements of the equipment. When installing the rack, the horizontal and vertical levelness of its foundation should be less than 0.2 millimeters to ensure that subsequent installation errors do not exceed the installation requirements of the equipment.
2. Before assembling the eccentric shaft and bearing, it is necessary to grind the sliding bearing and place it into the sliding bearing seat, and test its levelness and coaxiality with a spirit level. If the measurement results meet the requirements, install the eccentric shaft on the bearing and check the fit between the shaft and the bearing by applying red lead powder to the journal. If there are too many high points on the surface of the sliding bearing, further scraping and grinding are required until the high points between the contact surfaces disappear. Finally, a certain amount of lubricating oil should be applied between the bearing seat and the bearing to reduce shaft wear. The contact area between the eccentric shaft sliding and the frame should not be less than 80%, and the gap between them should be less than 0.07 millimeters.
3. The installation point of the elbow plate has long been that the elbow plate of the crusher can be disassembled and assembled between the elbow plate and the supporting lining plate: loosen the pull rod spring nut, remove the spring, and then tie it to the lower part of the moving jaw with a chain or steel wire rope. Then, use a crane to pull the steel wire rope to bring the moving jaw close to the fixed jaw, and the elbow plate will automatically fall off. During the installation process, the above steps can be repeated in reverse.
4. The installation points of the movable jaw plate: The movable jaw of the jaw crusher is assembled by pre assembling the movable jaw components. After assembling the moving jaw, moving jaw shaft, moving tooth plate, and elbow pad on the ground, use a crane or crane to lift the assembled parts into the frame of the crusher. For sliding bearings, the first step is to study the matching bearings and bearing seats, so that the sliding bearings can be installed in place. Simultaneously check the coaxiality and inclination of the sliding bearing components to ensure a usage inclination of 0.2 millimeters.
