Equipment Principle
When the Ball Mill Grinder is working, the torque is transmitted to the big and small gears of the mill through the motor and reducer, so as to make the ball mill cylinder rotate. Because the rotation of the Ball Mill Grinder cylinder and the cylinder liner work together to lift a part of the steel ball to a certain height, and the free falling motion produces impact force, which impacts the materials in the cylinder, Other parts of the steel ball will fall down to produce friction and materials mixed together, and will collide and grind with the materials continuously with the rotation of the cylinder. After grinding the materials to a certain fineness, they will be discharged from the discharge port, so as to complete the grinding operation.
