Crushing Principle

The Roll Crusher Machine is also known as the double-tooth roller crusher. Its crushing principle is to use the high extrusion pressure generated by the relative rotation of two wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant tooth rollers to crush materials. After the materials to be broken enter the gap between the two toothed rollers, they are subjected to the extrusion pressure and the shear force of the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers. Under the action of extrusion, shearing and meshing, these materials are finally broken to the required size, and then discharged from the lower discharge port.

Purchase of equipment: XCBW1860+XCE1215+XCMD1225.
