Overview

Our sheet equipments are mainly various equipments which are used in pre-processing and post process of the steel cold rolling, such as pickling equipments before cold rolling, plating zinc, tinning, annealing, color coating after cold rolling and degreasing equipment , recoiling equipment and so on.

The steel specification of the equipments is: the thickness is 0.2－3.0mm;the width is 700－1500,the detail parameters can be designed according to the customers' requirements: We can design it according to the customers’ requirements if the customers offer the production line’s parameters as follows:

1. Annual output, 2. Steel thickness, 3. Steel width, 4. Production use, 5. Kind of engry, 6. Other requirements

Equipment description

The color coating line plates color paint repeatedly on the surface of galvanized steel or galvalumed steel, which makes the steel more colorful and further increases the anti-corrosion of the steel. Its main craft processes are degreasing washing process, plating paint, dry to solidification and so on.

Technical process

coil cart→payoff reel →entry pinch roll→shear→weld machine→ tension machine→entry looper→tension machine → degreasing unit(including brush unit, rinse system, squeezing roller)→hot air blowpipe→ chemical coater→drying oven→tension machine →steering device→primer coater→ primer oven→air cooling unit→water cooling unit→steering device→finish coater→finish oven→air cooling unit→water cooling unit→tension machine →exit looper→tension machine →shear → exit pinch roll → recoiling machine→coil cart.

Work speed 40-100m/min
Techniques method Roll coating continuously,twice coating and twice drying
