The hot-dip galvanizing line plates zinc or zinc& aluminum layer on the surface of the cold-rolling steel continuously in hot-dip manner, which increases the anti-corrosion of the steel, makes the steel surface better. Its main craft processes are degreasing washing process, annealing process, hot-dip galvanizing process, steel shape process after plated and so on.

The main equipment for the process were:
coil car→payoff reel→entry pinch roll→shear→weld machine→tension machine→entry looper→CPC→tension machine→degreasing machine (including brush unit, rinse system, chemic degreasing, electrolysis degreasing, squeezing roller)→hot air blowpipe→CPC→-tension machine→tension measure device→anneal oven→ovenproof tension machine→oven nose→zinc smelter→rollers and their support inside the zinc smelter→ air knife→ cooling tower→turning roller→air cooling device→turning roller→water cooling tank→hot air blowpipe→CPC→tension machine→skin–pass mill→tension machine→leveller→tension machine→passivation machine→drying oven→tension machine→exit looper→tension machine→electrostatic oil sprayer→ shear→ exit pinch roll→recoiling machine→coil cart.
