Tube Squeezing And Sizing Membrane Panel Machine C-type frame

This equipment is designed simply as C type and has 9 oil cylinders for hydraulic drive.
It is used to squeeze and calibrate small heated elbow on the same level. A qualified 180°elbow of Φ=76mm thickness=12.7mm R=1.5D can be squeeze to R=0.6D and achieve technical requirement.

4 Right extrusion mechanism
5 Left extrusion mechanism
6 Up/down of under mode calibrated by slide
Mainly uses Mitsubishi PLC control, heating control in the same panel, simple operation, low failure rate.

2 Pipe thickness: 3 ~ 12.7mm
3 The bend radius of 180° elbow before squeezing : R = 1.5D
4 The bend radius of 180° elbow after squeezing : R = (0.6 ~ 1.2) D
