Cable tray roll forming machine (also called cable ladder roll forming machine) is capable of making different sizes of cable trays through replacing punching moulds. Characteristics

• In order to improve punching precision, we adopt servo feeding technology to make sure that the punching accuracy can reach more or less than 0.15 mm.
• In consideration of decreasing sheet distortion caused by rear cutting, Rontech cable tray roll forming machine is designed with front cutting device. This roll forming production line is also equipped with a proper guiding device to ensure that the front-cutting sheet can be fed into the roll former correctly.
• The punching device structure is flexible enough to replace punch moulds. Meanwhile, necessary safety facilities are equipped to protect the operator during replacement.
