1.Main technical parameters

Suitable tube diameter: GTS40: Φ6.35mm-Φ38.1mm；

Tube thickness: 0.8-2.5mm

Material: carbon steel, SS steel, Titanium, Titanium alloy.

Welding part of Tube center min rotating radius 72.5mm, min straight part length can be clamped is 25mm.

2.Welding condition:

All position welding.

Welding way: tube to tube welding, no need beveling.

Wall thickness above 2.5mm, need to change open gun with power source.

3.All position welding:

Welding pool is effected by different forces as picture, gravity, surface tension, arc spraying force, only gravity direction the same in different position, other two force directions always change, so welding parameter has to be set in several areas to meet welding requirements.

Requirements before welding:

Welding area 5-8mm has to polish, remove rust, till original metal color.

Pipe cutting has to flat, vertical, no burr, tube to tube no gap.

Clear the oil dirt by alcohol or acetone .

Workpiece has to manual argon tack welding, do not weld pipe to broken.
