1. Description of Slitting Line Machine:

The whole line is consists of decolier car, decoiler, power straightener, power slitting machine, scarp winder, tension unit, recoiler and assisting support. exit decoiler car, hydraulic system, electrical system and so on. it can do uncoiling, straightening, slitting and recoiling works. It is controlled by PLC with computer display.It's very easy to operate.

Slitting Machine is mainly used for slitting raw materials like the Stainless Steel Strips, Steel, Carbon Steel Strips, and color steel, Copper Strips. The big coils are into a smaller width coils by setting the slitting cutters on cutter stand, The main equipment’s of slitting machine are un-coiler, coil lifting trolley, Pinch roll unit, leveling unit, slitting stand, scrap winder units , tension roll unit, re-coiler, over arm separator, coil pusher, unloader etc.
