Operation and use:
First of all, the material to be cut should be washed to remove impurities. If the material
to be cut is mixed with sand and mud, the cutting edge and blade are easily damaged
and blunt. The cutting diameter of the material should not exceed 100mm, if it is larger
than this diameter, it must be divided into pieces. Press the start button and the motor
runs. (If the upper cover is not pressed on the frame, the switch XK cannot be pressed,
the circuit is blocked, and the motor cannot be operated) Put the cut material from the
hopper into the hopper evenly and continuously, and the slicer knife will be sliced under
the action of the pusher dial. Cut to the required thickness, then cut into strips by the
disc wire cutter, and cut into squares by the cross cutter. The adjustment of the specifications
of the dicing machine: It is changed by adjusting the thickness of the slice, replacing the
disc wire cutter and the horizontal cutting knife. When the machine is working, do not put
your hands and other foreign objects into the shell to avoid danger.
