Zhengzhou Chaotong Electric Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Guoyun Electronic Steel Rolling Department. 1. Technical Service

(1) According to the customer's production location, we will draw the foundation drawing of the production line and the basic installation drawings of the equipment for free.

(2) We provide technical parameters of the host and auxiliary equipment.

(3) If the buyer needs to adjust the layout and use during the use of the equipment, we can provide technical services free of charge.

(4) During the use of the equipment, when we make a technical update, if the customer wants to update the equipment, we only charge the cost price.

2. Commitment: Quality and After - sales service:

(1) During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, we can send experts to the customer's production site for installation supervision and trial operation.

(2) We can provide training services during the equipment installation process and commissioning.

(3) All expenses of the expert, such as visas, round-trip flights, meals and accommodation, and a salary of $80 per day, are paid by the customer.

(4) The warranty period is 1 year (the warranty period is calculated: before leaving the factory), regular visit, qualty tracking.

(5) If the equipment is damaged due to improper operation of the user, we will be responsible for maintenance and charge the appropriate fee.

(6) We provide machine parts at very competitive prices, and the parts can be repaired for life. When the warranty period expires, if the equipment needs repair, we only charge the cost price.

(7) After receiving the formal notice of the customer's maintenance, the seller must reply within 2 hours and then send an expert to the customer's production site for maintenance;

(8) The factory guarantees that within one year after the equipment is installed and commissioned,

We offer a one year warranty on all accessories for the stove. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. (Note: Within one year, for warranty parts, if the shipping cost is not higher than $100, it will be paid by the factory).
