1. Product description
Servo motor reinforcing pneumatic spot welding machine is used for making wire mesh. Cross wire feeding mode: cross wire hopper drop wire automatically blanking weft feeding, blanking position is accurate. The cross wire hopper can load max 1500KGS rebar. Save labor cost.The cross wire is controlled by the stepping motor. The stepping motor is also controlled by the control cabinet.

3. Application area
The servo motor reinforcing pneumatic spot welding machine can be widely used in construction,protective screening mesh and mine timbering.
4. Advantages
a. The line wire is feeding by the servo motor ,pulling the wire net by the servo motor auto.
b. Servo motor control, mesh size will be more precise than the stepper motor.
c. In the same panel mesh, different size of mesh can be made on the line wire direction.
d. The welding wire diameter is able to be made to orders. The range of our mesh welding machine is from 0.3mm to 12mm. Material can be stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, plain steel bar, cold rolled rebar, hot rolled rebar.
e. The wire mesh welding machine welding power comes from the cylinders. It's easy to control the welding pressure .
