Straight seam welding machine details:

The automatic straight seam welder is used for the welding of the middle seam of the cylinder after the coil and the docking of the flat plate. This machine can complete welding methods such as argon arc welding filler wire welding and gas shielded welding.

Automatic Seam Welding Machine Main Feature

1) Easy operation, all of parameter can be set by touch screen.

2) Develop the function of welding wire compensating, is able to add weld wire automaticly.

3) The weld is more secure, weld face is more smooth.

4) Whole machine is controlled by self developed PLC system,has higher accuracy.

5) The welding flat is lifting, can be randomly adjusted according to diameter of tube
