PVC imitation marble slabs, high quality interior decorating plate, as raw material, based on density PVC microlite generic to marble plank, after UV light curing technology, produce UV imitation marble slab, plate surface and Dali really stone no abnormalities, smooth and clean surface, high reflective rate, can be copied all sorts of grain, used in interior decoration, more chic.

The equipment consists of high cooling mixer, automatic feeder, conical twin screw extruder, plate head, three-roller calender, cooling bracket, tractor, cutting machine and peritoneum device.The equipment unit has compact structure and superior performance.Through special optimization design, the screw and barrel have the advantages of even plasticizing, stable extrusion volume, high output and long life.The main screw tube is heated by cast aluminum heater, cooled by wind and controlled by precision electric instrument.Precise finalizing and calendering device makes the plate finalizing fine through its good adjustment function.The cutting part adopts fixed length cutting device to ensure the accurate length of the plate.
