Plastic PVC Marble Panels UV Sheet Artificial Marble Panel Production Equipment Making Machine

PVC imitation marble board, high-quality interior wall decoration board, based on medium-density PVC microcrystalline stone as raw material, imitation marble pattern onto the board, UV-curing technology, UV-made marble board, sheet surface and Dali The real stone is no different, the surface is smooth and tidy, and the reflective rate is high. It can imitate various kinds of lines and is used for interior wall decoration, which is more unique.

The equipment consists of high-cold mixer, automatic feeder, conical twin-screw extruder, sheet metal head, three-roll calender, cooling bracket, tractor, cutting machine and peritoneal device. The equipment unit is compact and has excellent performance. The screw and the screw barrel are specially optimized, and the whole machine has the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion, high output and long service life. The main machine barrel is heated by cast aluminum heater, air cooled, and the precision electronic control instrument controls the temperature. The precision sizing calendering device makes the sheet shape excellent through its good adjustment function. The cutting part adopts a fixed length cutting device to ensure the length of the plate is accurate.
