The Plastic PVC WPC Crust Foamed Furniture Board Chevron plate Extrusion Making Machine is the PVC free foaming board production line. It adopts high-efficiency conical twin-screw or parallel twin-screw, precision three-roll calender with precise temperature control, cooling frame, tractor and related auxiliary equipment. PVC transparent soft and hard sheet and free foaming board, thickness 0.5-20mm, width: 1200-2050mm. The PVC foaming device has the characteristics of large output, stable extrusion, high expansion ratio, and smooth surface wear resistance.

The main raw materials: PVC resin, natural stone powder, foaming agent stabilizer and other combinations.
