Wood Plastic Composite Outdoor Furniture For WPC Profile Making Machine

Wood plastic composite product is a new and green environmental material ,which is compound of PVC/PE/PP and wood powder. PVC wood plastic product are mainly used indoor for some decoration. For example, floor decking, wall panel(wall panel), skirting(dado), door frame and so on. PE/PP wood plastic profile is mainly used for outdoor. For example: outdoor floor decking, wall flower boxer, trash can, grape shelf, stools, pavilion etc.

The production process of wood-plastic profile extrusion equipment is the extrusion process after the mixing of wood powder and plastic, which is basically the same in theory. The main equipment are extruder, mold, fixed profile platform, traction machine, cutting machine and material turning frame, but they are substantially different.At present, there are two kinds of extruders for wood-plastic profiles: conical twin screw extruder and single screw extruder.Single-screw extruder is usually used to complete the transport of materials and plasticization tasks, generally used for PVC wood-plastic profile extrusion, conical twin screw extruder is generally used for PE wood-plastic profile extrusion equipment.The traditional single-screw extruder is limited in the extrusion of wood-plastic composite materials, so it needs special design of the screw, so that it has strong raw material conveying and mixing plasticizing ability, so as to achieve the degree of plasticization of materials during extrusion.
