Hollow PP Sheet/Corrugated Plastic Sheet /Coroplast sheet is a kind of environmental material, which is no pollution and recyclable, made of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (HDPE). Hollow PP Sheet is high transparency, light weight, anti-impact and waterproof, which is a kind of excellent packing material, widely used in advertisement printing, industrial packaging, and product protection industries.

Mold: High quality alloy lip mold and adjustable flow block for uniform pressure.

Vacuum sizing table: The staggering of the thermal convection system ensures precise sizing and cooling. Special cooling design, speed can reach 8m / min.

Extruder: Specially designed screw, stable temperature control system to ensure plasticizing performance and extrusion efficiency, the same output, motor power can be reduced by about 20%.

Electrical control system: The control parameters of the PLC are used and the operating characteristics are optimized.
