1. The slitting machine adopts an integrated base and a separate transmission structure, which can effectively improve the rigidity of the mechanical structure, while reducing the vibration amplitude of the slitting blade and improving the quality of the finished product. 2. The amplitude accuracy of the reference plane of the slitter axis is within 0.006mm, which can better extend the service life of the tool and the accuracy of the finished copper strip. 3. slitting machine adopts a hydraulic adjustable back pressure combination to stabilize the pressure, which automatically rises with the increase of the coil diameter, and always effectively presses the steel coil, which is beneficial to improve the cutting accuracy of the copper strip.
