Description

1 Brief introduction of HC rotary blower

HC series rotary blowers adopt foreign advanced technology and processing technology. The main parts

are processed by imported CNC lathes, bearing and oil seal all adopt high performance products, the key

parts are imported products, the product performance has reached the domestic leading level.

2 Structure and features of product

(1) Low noise, energy consumption, smooth operation and easy installation.

(2) Anti-load change, stable air volume, with air-chamber, stable air.

3 Working principle

The blower relies on eccentric rotor eccentric operation in the cylinder, and the volume changes between

the blades in the rotor slot can be inhaled, compressed and exhaled. In operation, the pressure difference

of the blower is used to automatically send lubricant to the dripping nozzle to reduce the friction and noise

in the cylinder, while reducing the backflow of the gas in the cylinder.

4 Main components

Cylinder: The inner wall is honed, and the surface quality is higher. The end face opens the seal groove,

and the sealing ring is used to ensure the air tightness.

Rotor: It is machined by CNC lathe with higher precision.
