Horizontal Cycloidal Gear Reducer Electric Motor Speed Reducer For Architectural Industry
Description :
The cycloidal reducer is an innovative transmission device that employs the K-H-V planetary transmission principle with minimal tooth variance. In this mechanism, a unique transmission process unfolds: a dual eccentric sleeve, set at a 180-degree offset, is affixed to the input shaft. Two roller bearings, acting as rotating arms, are mounted on this eccentric sleeve to create an H-shaped mechanism. The eccentricity of the two cycloidal wheels' center holes aligns with the raceway of the upper arm bearing, forming an internal meshing deceleration system with a one-tooth difference.
This product finds extensive utility in various industries including metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement production, construction, chemical engineering, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, environmental protection, and more. It is designed to operate effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to 40°C. When running at rated load and speed, the temperature increase of the reducer's oil reservoir should not surpass 60°C, with the maximum oil temperature staying below 80°C.
