Description :

Cycloidal Gear Reducer Introduction

The cycloid reducer is a novel transmission device that adopts the K-H-V planetary transmission principle with small tooth difference. The transmission process is as follows: a double eccentric sleeve with a dislocation of 180 degrees is installed on the input shaft, and two roller bearings called rotating arms are installed on the eccentric sleeve to form an H mechanism. The center hole of the two cycloidal wheels is the eccentric. The raceway of the upper arm bearing is sleeved, and the cycloid wheel is meshed with the needle gear to form an internal meshing deceleration mechanism with a difference of one tooth. This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, food environmental protection and other industries. It is suitable for the working environment temperature of -40℃-40℃. Under the rated load and speed, the temperature rise of the oil pool of the reducer does not exceed 60℃, and the maximum oil temperature does not exceed 80℃.

Advantages of choosing Cycloidal gear reducer

1. Stable operation and low noise: different types of tooth pairs are in contact at the same time, with large coincidence, strong overload capacity and low vibration. 2. Large reduction ratio and high efficiency: the reduction ratio of the first-speed transmission is 9-87, the reduction ratio of the second-speed transmission is 121-5133, and the multi-speed combination can reach tens of thousands. The relative sliding of the meshing surfaces, so the primary deceleration efficiency reaches 94%. 3. Reliable use and long service life: The main parts are hardened with high carbon alloy steel (HRC58-62), then finely ground, and the meshing of the cycloid tooth and the pin tooth sleeve is transferred to the pin tooth to form rolling friction. The friction coefficient of the reducer is small, there is no relative sliding in the meshing area, the wear is extremely small, and it is durable.

Cautions
1. The horizontal cycloid reducer is lubricated by oil pool under normal conditions, and the oil level can be kept in the middle of the oil window. When the working conditions are harsh and the ambient temperature is high, circulating lubrication can be used. 2. When refueling, screw the ventilation cap on the upper part of the base to refuel. When draining oil, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the base to drain the dirty oil. The reducer is shipped without lubricating oil inside. 3. The first refueling operation for 100 hours should be replaced with new oil, (and the internal dirty oil should be flushed) and then continue to work, and replaced every six months (8-hour work system). If the working conditions are bad, the oil change time can be shortened appropriately. Practice has proved that the frequent cleaning and oil change of the reducer (such as 3-6 months)
