The "fanbao" Blow-Thru Airlock is engineered for easy installation in low headroom settings and for retrofitting existing rotary valves. In line with all "fanbao" Rotary Airlock Valves, the blow-through design showcases an innovative, larger vane pocket configuration. These expanded rotary vane pockets can accommodate up to 50% more volume, allowing the rotor to operate at lower speeds compared to rotary airlocks from other manufacturers. This not only boosts efficiency but also prolongs equipment lifespan.
The enhanced design minimizes air leakage, extends the valve's longevity, reduces maintenance requirements, and offers a higher return on investment. More blades come into contact with the valve body for extended periods, decreasing air leakage. Furthermore, the blowing through of each rotor pocket ensures efficient emptying.
