Production Description

Cheegers Machinery used to be government-owned grain machinery factory. In 1958, the old fatory faced a reform, it became private-owned factory only producing parts of the machineries, rotary valve, diverter valve, magnet separator, used in grain & flour industry only. We have cooperation with Buhler, COFCO, Sinograin, YIHAI KERRY , SATAKE and so on. These companies all are famous cooperatons ingrain/flour/ food industires. Since we have do export till now, our products have been widely used more than 30 countries. Plug diverter valve (two-way valve) in series THFX is used to change the direction of stock flow in pneumatic conveying systems. It can change the direction of flowing stock in the pipe without stopping the stock feed or air supply and convey it to 2 destination choices. If several valves are used in group, the stock can be convenient i. It is widely used to change the flow direction in positive or negative pressure conveying and low speed conveying pipelines of powdery or granular materials such as flour, bran, starch, grain, feedstuff, sugar, chemicals, plastics, etc., and can convey the stock to selected destinations. However, it is not suitable for highly sticky materials.

Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
