Production Description

Plug diverter valves (two-way valves) in the THFX series are used to change the direction of material flow in pneumatic conveying systems. It can change the direction of the flowing material in the pipeline and deliver it to two destinations without stopping the feed or air supply. Inventory can be handy if multiple valves are used in groups. It is widely used in positive and negative pressure conveying and low-speed conveying pipelines of flour, starch, bran, feed, grain, sugar, chemicals, plastics and other powdery or granular materials to change the flow direction, and can transport the raw materials to the selected destination. However, it is not suitable for highly viscous materials.

Cheegers Machinery used to be government-owned grain machinery factory. In 1958, the old fatory faced a reform, it became private-owned factory only producing parts of the machineries, rotary valve, diverter valve, magnet separator, used in grain & flour industry only. We have cooperation with Buhler, COFCO, Sinograin, YIHAI KERRY , SATAKE and so on. These companies all are famous cooperatons ingrain/flour/ food industires. Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
