Production Introduction

The Operation Theory of Magnet Separator is to make the magnetic impurities magnetized by the permanent magnet and absorbed to the pole board, to make the raw material go through the magnetic area and discharged through the outlet.

TCX Series Magnet Separator is widely used in flour making, rice milling, feed producing, food processing, pharmacy, etc, with cleaning functioning in workshops by making use of the physical characteristics difference to get rid of the magnetic impurities and execute the basic cleaning task in workshops.

Note

1, The permanent magnet of this series products has ferrite and neodymium iron boron(NdFeb), suitable for various pellets and powder.

2, The inlet and outlet can be made into round type or square type as client’s needs and design, to meet the onsite installation.

3.TCXT series can also be made as the single-side cone barrel type as the right-side picture shows, properly lowering the total height of the magnet separator, facilitating the installation, etc. The specific parameter is as same as the parameter of TCXT cone barrel type magnet separator.

Processing Procedure

For every production step our workers are carefully finished. QC department is strictly following the quality standard by 100% inspection for all the products. Cheegers never stop studying,researching and developing new designs on rotary valves. Each year, we will launch new designs which suit different application conditions.

Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
