Permanent Magnetic Separator & Separation Equipment

Production Introduction

TCX Series Magnet Separator is widely used in flour making, rice milling, feed producing, food processing, pharmacy, etc, with cleaning functioning in workshops by making use of the physical characteristics difference to get rid of the magnetic impurities and execute the basic cleaning task in workshops.

The Operation Theory of Magnet Separator is to make the magnetic impurities magnetized by the permanent magnet and absorbed to the pole board, to make the raw material go through the magnetic area and discharged through the outlet.

Application Range
For instance, in food processing, it must be equipped with more than three sets of magnet separators to ensure the cleaning effect. Therefore, the following places need to be equipped with the magnet separator:
(1)Magnet separator is needed in front of the wheat scourer. For the high speed of rotating speed, to prevent the screw, nut, spanner, etc, these magnetic impurities from getting into the equipment, so it requires magnet separator to guarantee the operation.
(2)Magnet separator is needed in front of the wheat cleaning cabinet. There is no cleaning equipment after the wheat cleaning cabinet. Under the wheat cleaning cabinet is flour mill, to prevent the magnetic impurities getting into the flour mill and damaging the grinder roll, so there must set up a magnet separator before wheat cleaning cabinet.
(3)Magnet separator is needed in front of the wheat washer.
(4)Magnet separator is needed in front of the finished product packing. Products will be sent into the market after packing. For the safety of customers and the reputation of producer, there must set up a magnet separator before the finished product packaging.
(5)Magnet separator is also needed before the by-products packing.

Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
