Product Introduction

The chambers of self cleaning rotary valve are force-emptied with scrapers additionally, which is suitable for dust-shaped and fine-grained bulk materials. If the bulk material tends to be sticky, this lock type is recommended for reasons of safety. Housings are produced for precise sizes to be as tight as possible.Cleaning openings installed by default ensure quick, easy cleaning. Like all airlocks, the bearings here were not integrated into the bearing plates either, but placed offset from them.

1. Mechnical Forced Self Cleaning Rotary Valve is a compact mechanical device for continuously discharging bulk powders or granules under gravity flow.

2. This is a rotary valve with a scraper unit for sticky materials.
3. It can be used for any product where a sticky residue builds up in the rotor.

4. By definition it is the simplest of machines having only one moving part (ignoring the drive).

5. A multi-vane rotor revolving in close contact in the housing and where the housing has an inlet at the top, and an outlet at the bottom.

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
