Product Introduction

Characteristics:

• For poorly flowing, humid products

• When vapours coming up from downside

• Rounded chambers

• Forced scraper; counter-rotating with respect to the rotor; ensure complete emptying of the chambers

• Common drive for the rotor and the scraper using synchromesh gears

• External bearing

Mechnical Forced Self Cleaning Rotary Valve is a compact mechanical device for continuously discharging bulk powders or granules under gravity flow. By definition it is the simplest of machines having only one moving part (ignoring the drive); a multi-vane rotor revolving in close contact in the housing and where the housing has an inlet at the top, and an outlet at the bottom.

Despite its simplicity it offers several functional uses:
* Control product flow rate to the required rate (fixed or variable)

* Maintain a gas pressure differential between the inlet & outlet (airlock)

* Act as an explosion barrier

* Act as a Flame Barrier

* Act as a process isolator / barrier

Advantages:

• Ensures the trouble-free operation of the system when handling bulk solids having a tendency to stick, form coats and clot.

• Prevents expensive system standstills (e.g. cleaning) and production failures.

• Can be adapted to the prescribed or existing cross-section openings

• Can also be retrofitted if conventional rotary valves have failed

Processing Procedure

For every production step our workers are carefully finished. QC department is strictly following the quality standard by 100% inspection for all the products. Cheegers never stop studying,researching and developing new designs on rotary valves. Each year, we will launch new designs which suit different application conditions.

Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.

1. The machine will be packed with the protect film inner and water-proof outside.
2. If the machine less than a container, wooden case packing is necessary.
3. The machine is fixed by steel roper in the container.
4. Others to make sure the machine is in good condition when arrived the destination.
