Product Description

This is quadruple die head, double working station machine. It is able to produce bottles with a steady pace. This type of machine is also suitable for products like jerry can and liquid containers. With automatic deflashing or sub mold to cut the extra materials, it could save labour and make the production process much easier. Compare to other traditional hydraulic machine, this machine is more suitable for smaller products, such as milk bottles and other beverage bottles.

PLC and human-computer interface, touch screen operation, easy and fast. Double helical flow passage, first in first out, accumulate die heads; material combined double directions, the material strength increased, removed combined line completely, ensure the final product dimension and quality.

Multiple points parison control system could satisfy the requirement of different kinds of products.
