Introduction of Rotary Lime Kiln

The rotary kiln produced has advanced structure. It can effectively improve preheating effect with its low resistance vertical preheater. After the material is preheated, the feeding decomposition rate can reach 20%-25%, thus can directly make use of 10-15mm fine fraction materials. The reliable airtight two-ends combination squama make the air leakage factor under 10%. The usage of compound refractory reduces radiation loss.Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln,metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.

Working Process of Lime Rotary Kiln

Limestone and fuel into the lime kiln (if fuel gas pipelines,and the burner into) began to decompose after preheating to 850 degrees,1200 degrees to complete calcination,after cooling discharged out of the kiln.

Quick lime production is completed. Different kiln form have different preheating,calcination,cooling and discharging mode.

But there are several process principle is the same:

high quality raw material,lime quality is good;

Fuel high calorific value,less number of consumption;

Particle size of limestone and the calcination time is proportional to the;

Quick lime activity degree and calcination time,calcination temperature is inversely proportional to.

Advantages of Lime Rotary Kiln

1.Advanced structure,low pressure loss of vertical preheater can effectively improve the preheating effect,after preheated limestone enter into kiln,the decomposition rate can achieve up to 20-25%,and can use 10-15mm fine grade limestone directly.

2.Rotary kiln each ends are modular sealing.So that air leakage coefficient less than 10%,using composite refractory to reduce radiant heat loss.

3.Filling,Can partition ventilation round or square upright cooler,make sure the lime outlet from cooler temperature 800C+environment,easy to transport,store,and the secondary air into the furnace preheated to 7000C or more,reducing the moving parts and special materials.
