High-efficiency dechlorination system for cement kiln
The sulfur dioxide gas and potassium chloride vapor enriched in the cement kiln tail is cooled by the R6-A high-efficiency separation and extraction fan developed by Runtian Environmental Protection within 0.3 seconds. Sulfur dioxide gas forms coarse sulfate, which is captured and separated by R6-A and returned to the kiln system. Potassium chloride vapor forms microcrystalline particles and is extracted by R6-A. High-efficiency separation The gas extracted by the fan contains chlorine salts and a small amount of residual sulfates, which need to be further separated by a cyclone separator. After separation, the sulfate returns to the kiln system, and the chloride salt is collected into the bin after passing through the bag filter. The Rcl system separates the sulfate twice, and the chlorine in the dust taken out has high purity. The system has low air intake volume and small heat loss, which truly realizes selective, low energy consumption, and high-efficiency dechlorination. In order to ensure the good operation of the Rcl low-energy and high-efficiency dechlorination system, Runtian can provide additional kiln operation adjustment services. The entry of waste into the kiln disrupts the original balanced kiln operation system. The constantly changing moisture content and calorific value of the waste disturbed the ventilation and heat balance of the original kiln system. The enrichment cycle of harmful elements is intensified, resulting in fluctuations in kiln current and clogging of the kiln tail crust, resulting in reduced production and quality of clinker. This service is aimed at the above phenomenon, through the "TMF kiln operation adjustment method", to re-establish a new kiln balance, so that waste disposal and clinker production coexist harmoniously.
