RHHQ10 Mixer consists of a horizontal cylinder and a spindle arranged along the axis of the cylinder. The main shaft is driven by hydraulic pressure, and the paddle arms and blades of axial flow and radial flow stirring designed by the professional gravity model can make the internal materials back-mix, cross-flow, and fully mix. The pre-crushed material enters the mixer through the top of the front end of the mixer, and waste liquid, sludge, etc. are added through the flange interface reserved for the mixer and fully mixed to achieve the effect of homogenization. The materials arriving at the other end of the equipment have been fully back-mixed and cross-flowed, which overcomes the inhomogeneity caused by the materials added in different time periods and achieves sufficient homogenization (the mixer is not only a homogenization equipment, but also a buffer for downstream equipment).
