This cooler box is made of PE material, which is produced using one-time Rotomolding technology – a process that guarantees impact resistance and long-term durability. The cooler box is portable and durable; it consists of a box body and lid with a thick PU insulation layer that are 40 to 60mm thick, providing great cold and thermal insulation.

This type of cooler box has a wide range of uses, from shipping of fresh food and beverages, fishing, camping, or picnics.

The cooler box works through a simple insulation principle. Special thick insulation layers are used, helping to prevent temperature loss and slow down the change in temperature. Without the need for an external power supply, users can experience satisfactory warmth.

Applications:

This product is suitable for stocking prepackaged food and beverage. Inside and outside surface of the box and the energy storage box surface should avoid contact with hard and sharp objects, otherwise it will easily be scratched.

It is important to keep the inside and outside of box clean. If there are stains, use wet towel or suds to scrub the box body, but do not use strong acid, strong alkali or strong oxidizing detergents and disinfectants.

Before using or storage, wipe off any water droplets on the surface to avoid breeding mould and prevent unpleasant smells and press/ impact damage.

The insulation box and storage box should be placed in a cool area and avoid long-time direct solar radiation, as well as close proximity to other high temperature heat sources for longer periods of time, in order to prevent the aging of the plastic material. It is also prohibited to put the whole insulation box into a refrigerator or freezer.
