For some products with special and extreme requirements, the thinnest wall thickness of PE products can reach 0.5 mm while the thickest one can reach 6 m; For PVC products, the range of wall thickness is 0.25-25 mm. For PP products, this range is 0.75 to 10.2 mm. As for PA products, this range is 1.5 to 38 mm. The thickest wall thickness of PC products is up to 13 m. No matter how large the standard range of these materials is, the optimal wall thickness of each rotational molding product is to be as thin as possible under the premise of meeting the requirements of product function and technology.
