Two steps in choosing the right size of gn pan that you are looking for:
1, In foodservice industry, we use full, half, third,-quarter, sixth and ninth size as referring to standard gn pan size term. You can mix and match sizes to give you one full size steam pan space. For instance, you can buy 2 half size, or 3 third size steam pans for your full size chafer or food warmer.

2, Next selection is the depth of the gn pan. Standard sizes are 65mm, 100mm 150mm and 200mm deep. We offer even more option to our customer at 25 and 40mm tray size only.

We carry the entire range of gn pans in stainless steel, polycarbonate (P.C, for cold food bars only), plus lids for everything,
and drain plates, and adaptor bars, and even the pans themselves in a perforated version (in stainless steel only).
